Reduction’s Increase

b8bb45ce0c6d885f2f259f1bdf26a776

He carelessly tried reducing his dime to a nickel, angered by the compliments of other’s,
for what he’d never give her,
He showed his ways as being loathsome, as she found herself feeling very lonesome.
Stating a problem each time she sexily dressed, accusing,
and verbally abusing to cause her unmentionable stress.
Before long,
each time his reduction fell on deaf ears, as she knew her worth,
Finally taking,
a step outside herself
regarding the years.
The last time he tried reducing her to a nickel, she left never returning, as her heart broke into an increasingly, sinister giggle.
